We have always enjoyed baking (Sloan) & cooking (Josh). We always love seeing the smiles on everyone’s face when they take a bite of our food! I (Sloan) always hated having to read or figure out what all the words on the box mix ingredient labels! I decided to take my hobby a step further and create a business where everyday people could afford and enjoy fresh baked items without all of the big words on the ingredient label. At first, it was just supposed to be a cottage baking business. That idea was shut down by the county before I could even start. Many avenues later, Josh and I decided that we would start a small sweets & sandwich shop. We just needed a couple of people to have enough faith in what we were doing to get started. We found the perfect spot for Sloan’s Sweets to start out at! We are so excited to be able to bring our fresh products to the community!
